- 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise platforms.
- Technical background in software engineering, data engineering, or another highly technical role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex products from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of security challenges, compliance requirements, or data governance.
- Proven ability to work with enterprise customers and manage evaluations/POCs.
- Excellent communication skills visual, verbal, and written with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to get things done in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in early-stage, product-led startups. (advantage)
- Background in ML/AI systems, AI observability, or model governance. (advantage)
- Experience with data-driven product decision-making and usage analytics. (advantage)
- Understanding of security implications in modern AI development lifecycles. (advantage)
