We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to help us win new markets across Europe. You'll join our Product team to shape who we serve, what we offer, and how it feels from the first quote to the first claim. This is a zero-to-one build, not a localization project.

- Strong product sense and a high bar for customer experience
- A data-first approach to personas, segmentation, packaging, and pricing for new audiences
- High agency - you find a way through obstacles instead of waiting for permission
- Ability to influence stakeholders at every level and tell a clear story about how we'll win in new markets
- Real curiosity about AI and a commitment to exploring how it can improve your work
- Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
