- A technician or academic degree in information technologies or engineering, with relevant studies and knowledge in a computerized environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and system configuration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Proxmox
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience working with technical documentation and structured processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the Medical Device industry. (advantage)
- Familiarity with MRI systems or medical imaging environments. (advantage)
- Experience with software installation, deployment, and system validation. (advantage)
