The Corporate Development team at Nova is looking for a Corporate Development and M&A Analyst responsible for generating insights through business research and evaluating potential target companies.

- A track record of excellence
- BA in Accounting, Business, Economics or other analytical discipline from a top university
- 2-3 Years in M&A, corporate development, equity research, or venture capital (semiconductor or deeptech preferred, but strong corporates in other sectors considered)
- Financial modeling expertise: Comfortable with DCF models, precedent transaction analysis, and multiple scenarios
- Clear writing & storytelling: Can distill complex analysis into sharp memos, executive summaries, and data narratives that stakeholders actually read and act on
- Native level English – written and spoken
- Semiconductor or deep tech domain expertise that lets you spot signal in noise faster than others
- Investor perspective you've sourced and analyzed deals from a venture or growth equity angle; you can wear multiple hats
- Passionate about deep tech, tech savvy
- Analytical, fast learner, enthusiastic about working in a high growth company
