דרישות
- LL.B. from a leading academic institution; active admission to the Israel Bar Association.
- Experience: 6+ years of post-qualification legal experience in a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department within a global technology or defense corporation.
- Export Control & Defense Background: Proven, hands-on experience working directly with DECA and the Israeli Ministry of Defense; solid working knowledge of U.S. export controls (ITAR / EAR).
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Hebrew (verbal, drafting, and negotiation)
- Experience with U.S. government/defense contracting or U.S. manufacturing/production oversight. (advantage)
- Familiarity with AI governance and technology ethics frameworks. (advantage)
- Direct prior experience operating within an acquired subsidiary of a global publicly traded corporation. (advantage)
