• Bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution in Law or Accounting or any relevant field – mandatory.
• Proven experience in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Regulation, Audit, Risk Management, or Business Analytics – an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data.
• Critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn independently and work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and/or English.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
