- Qualified attorney in Israel with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience, either as in-house counsel at a technology or e-commerce company or at a leading law firm.
- Strong experience in international commercial law, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating client facing commercial agreements.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and risk assessment skills, with a practical approach.
- Experience supporting Sales and Customer Success organizations in a fast-paced, high-volume deal environment, with a strong commercial orientation and the ability to balance deal velocity with risk.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, with strong organizational and prioritization skills, sound judgment and a practical, solution-oriented approach to legal issues.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - a must.
