- Practical Engineer (Electronics/Electrical) or Electronics Technician with strong lab skills
- Hands-on skills with lab equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, LCR meter, power supply)
- Ability to read schematics and understand analog and digital circuit behavior
- Good technical English (reading and writing)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical approach to problem solving
- Experience with soldering, rework, and component-level troubleshooting (advantage)
- Background in power electronics — power converters, MOSFET/IGBT/SiC stages (advantage)
- Understanding of common electronic failure mechanisms (advantage)
- Prior experience in manufacturing, quality, or reliability engineering environments (advantage)
- 1–3 years of experience in electronics lab work, testing, or failure analysis (advantage)
