Engineering department at Nova is looking for a Product Leader to be responsible of End to End system engineering related aspects.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Engineering, such as Electronics, Electro-Optics, Optics, Physics, Mechanical or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary system engineering or an equivalent role
- Semiconductor industry- must
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working on complex multidisciplinary activities in projects and matrix environments, managing parallel tasks and interfaces
- Proven experience working across R&D, Operations, Quality, Service, Supply Chain and Manufacturing organizations.
- Experience with Engineering processes, NPI, Transfer to Production- mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or MATLAB- advantage
- Experience with metrology systems or Tool integration- advantage
- English – High level
- Ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills and team relationships
