- 2+ years of experience in Monetization, Business/Economics, Data Analytics, Pricing, E-commerce, or other data-driven commercial roles .
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills , with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong business and economic thinking , with a solid understanding of revenue drivers, pricing, customer behavior, and ROI.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Tableau, Vertica, or similar BI/data tools is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools , using AI for analysis, research, ideation, automation, and productivity.
- Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or other digital consumer products is a strong advantage.
- Personal gaming background is an advantage.
