We seek a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Engineering Tech Lead to join Tipalti! This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing company with great opportunities to make a difference.

- 3+ years of IT Infrastructure or Systems Engineering experience, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, MDM, and enterprise networking. Must
- Strong hands-on experience securing AWS, Azure, and GCP using modern Cloud Security platforms (e.g., CNAPP/CSPM), alongside modern SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing Identity & Access Management (IAM), including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and encryption.
- Experience securing enterprise AI environments, including AI governance, security controls, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Advantage
- Familiarity with industry security frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&C
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or REST APIs to automate security processes and workflows. (advantage)
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, CCSP, GIAC, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent. (advantage)
