תקציר

We're engineers at heart and investors by choice. That's why, what started in 2019 as a campus spin-off, we've grown into one of Europe's leading pre-seed funds , backing 50+ deeply technical startups reshaping industries from new industrials to novel computing.

דרישות

• You have 1-3 years of work experience in the startup ecosystem, consulting, or a technical role.
• You bring strong analytical capabilities and can move from technical papers to business models to founder conversations with ease.
• You work with extreme ownership and high agency, spotting opportunities, designing a plan, and executing without waiting for permission.
• You're genuinely curious about deeply technical domains. Whether you have an engineering background or just love learning how breakthrough technologies work, you're energized by technical depth.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly in both German and English, whether you're pitching a deal to partners or giving feedback to founders.
