Zafran is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team. You will help build the operational backbone of a fast-growing company: the data and metrics we run on, the AI workflows that make us faster, and the cross-functional processes that let us scale.

- 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, sales, or revenue operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience defining, tracking, and driving KPIs across multiple business functions.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation, or a strong drive to build internal AI-driven workflows.
- Experience designing and rolling out cross-functional processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with commercial or legal documents, such as customer agreements, order forms, or partner contracts.
- Solid understanding of how SaaS companies operate across product and go-to-market.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to create clear reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail.
- High ownership, a proactive mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Experience in cybersecurity or a related technical field. (advantage)
- Salesforce administration, or experience with BI and data tooling. (advantage)
