Summary
Deloitte , the world's leading professional services firm, is looking for a Manager for our Finance Transformation practice .
Requirements
- CPA qualification and significant experience as a controller or assistant controller at a technology company — required .
- Deep familiarity with how a technology company’s finance function operates, including close and reporting, revenue recognition, controls, financial systems and business stakeholders.
- Personal experience leading improvements or change within a finance function, such as accelerating the close, improving reporting, implementing a system or automating processes — required .
- Ability to engage credibly with finance leaders, identify a business need and translate it into a solution and a clear proposal.
- Business initiative, relationship-building skills and a desire to help develop the practice’s activity and client base.
- A strong technological orientation and the ability to work with systems, data and automation specialists.
- Experience with global operations, public companies or IPO preparation, or post-acquisition integration is an advantage .
- Team or project management experience is an advantage; excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English are required .
