- 8+ years of professional experience building complex software systems
- Proven hands-on experience delivering large-scale production systems end-to-end, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals - object-oriented design, data structures, performance, and complexity.
- Experience working across both frontend and backend domains
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the systems and features you build
- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English
- Curiosity, self-learning ability, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (advantage)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or similar) (advantage)
- Familiarity with production monitoring, logging, and observability tools (advantage)
- Experience with containers and infrastructure tooling (e.g., Docker, Terraform, or similar) (advantage)
