• Practical Engineering (Electrical, Electronics) or a registered Electrician License (Chief Electrician License – mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing solar or energy storage projects - mandatory.
• Hands-on field experience (80% field, 20% office).
• Experience leading contractors and technical teams.
• Knowledge of floating solar systems and agro-solar systems – advantage.
• Familiarity with energy sector standards and regulations.
• Experience with CRM systems, Priority ERP, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
