We are looking for a Subscriptions Renewal Specialist who will be responsible for enabling a smooth and successful continuance of AudioCodes Subscription Services (SAAS). We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive to details and service oriented.

- Bachelor's degree - Must
- Experience in renewals, sales-operation, business operations or similar roles - Advantage
- Excellent English both verbal and written- Must
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including excel - Must
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Sales Force/ Oracle- Advantage)
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented, ability to quickly learn, adapt and acquire new processes
- Good teamwork skills with ability to also work independently in a fast-paced work environment
