- 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, CEO Office, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
- Proven ability to independently structure and solve complex business problems in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with business cases, financial analysis, scenario planning, and performance metrics.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations, recommendations, and strategies for senior leadership.
- Strong familiarity with AI and technology tools for research, analysis, productivity, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions without formal authority.
- Experience working in a global environment with senior international stakeholders.
