AudioCodes is looking for a hands-on IT Security and Network Enginee r to join our global IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will operate and improve our network and security environment, resolve technical issues, and support network and security changes across our global sites.
דרישות
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in network and security operations.
- Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls, switches, and VPN or remote-access solutions.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring tools and using logs to diagnose network or security issues.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize incidents.
- Team player and a fast learner.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams and users.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience with vulnerability management tools. (advantage)
- Experience supporting a global, multi-site environment. (advantage)
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux. (advantage)
- Relevant networking or security certifications. (advantage)
