Nova is seeking an experienced and innovative R&D System Scientist to join the System Engineering Stand-Alone team within the Research & Development organization.
דרישות
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, or a related scientific discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary advanced-technology R&D environments.
- Hands-on experience in real-world data analysis via Python, MATLAB or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex activities in project and matrix environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in optics within multidisciplinary systems. (advantage)
- Experience in semiconductor equipment, metrology, or related advanced-technology industries. (advantage)
- Experience working with advanced algorithms and complex system architectures. (advantage)
- A proactive, hands-on approach combined with scientific curiosity and a passion for innovation.
- Strong system-level thinking and the ability to balance deep technical expertise with a broad perspective.
