- Law degree (LLB) and bar membership.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience as a commercial/corporate lawyer in a law firm and as an in-house counsel in a company legal department, in Globall company.
- English: Mother tongue/full Professional Proficiency.
- Proficiency in additional language(s) (e.g. Spanish), an advantage.
- Overall broad legal knowledge (corporate law, contracts, employment law). (advantage)
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects. (advantage)
