תקציר
· The role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the PLM system (Teamcenter), including the definition, implementation, and maintenance of workflows, business objects, permissions, roles, automation mechanisms, and existing system modules.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing and leading a professional team.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Configuration Management, Engineering Change Control, and Engineering Data Management within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Proven experience in leading and managing ECR/ECO processes and implementing engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM administration, configuration, and implementation – Mandatory.
- Proven ability to independently administer, configure, maintain, and implement Teamcenter workflows, business objects, permissions, roles, automation mechanisms, and system enhancements – Mandatory.
- Experience in deploying and supporting new Teamcenter modules, capabilities, and business processes – Mandatory.
- Understanding of BOM structures, item management, revision control, and engineering documentation release processes.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering assembly documentation.
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
