- Native English - spoken, written, and read
- Strong command of social media platforms and sourcing tools
- Proven sourcing expertise with a focus on attracting passive talent
- Proficiency in data analytics tools
- Experience in Employer Branding and Candidate Marketing - a strong advantage
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with internal stakeholders and candidates
