Summary
Enlight is looking for a Head of Organization & Methods to lead the development and continuous improvement of the company’s operating model, processes and ways of working.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Organization & Methods, Business Operations, Process Excellence, Consulting or a similar role .
- Proven experience designing and implementing cross-functional processes and operating models .
- Strong understanding of governance, R&R, process management and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach .
- Experience with process automation, data and AI – advantage.
- Experience in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure or water – preferred .
- Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Relevant academic degree – preferred.
- Excellent Hebrew and English.
