We are looking for a Forward Deployed Egngineer with a strong performance marketing background to lead the deployment and success of our solution for a small number of enterprise customers.

• 6+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Growth Engineering)
• 3+ years in a similar role working directly with enterprise customers
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign management, value-based bidding, and test analysis
• Deep familiarity with performance marketing metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, incrementally
• Background in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth at a consumer app, brand, or agency
• Experience with conversion tracking and attribution infrastructure (e.g., Meta Conversions API, GA4, AppsFlyer or similar MMPs)
• Strong SQL skills and ability to independently analyze data (e.g., Snow
