• 5+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering roles
• Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and MDM solutions (e.g. Jumpcloud, Okta)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, identity management, and access control
• Track record of operating autonomously and making sound technical decisions under pressure
• Clear communicator — able to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in a web3, fintech, or high-growth tech environment (advantage)
• Exposure to security frameworks or compliance programmes (SOC2, ISO 27001) (advantage)
• Experience supporting globally distributed, fully remote teams (advantage)
• Experience across at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) (advantage)
