As a Lead Flight Control Engineer - Tactical Munitions, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the flight control and guidance algorithms that power our innovative solutions. Specifically, you will be a key driver on a new electrical tactical munition project.

- 5+ years of experience in flight control, guidance, or navigation algorithms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field (M.Sc. is an advantage).
- Deep knowledge of flight dynamics, kinematics, and modern control theory.
- Proven experience leading the development of control laws for UAVs, loitering munitions, or FPV platforms through rapid prototyping.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Familiarity with FPV drone development and operations - a strong advantage.
