דרישות
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting and 3D modeling, with strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD , preferably on civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to develop accurate 2D engineering drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models from design drawings, survey information, and existing-condition data.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, survey data, coordinate systems, spatial information, and model setup .
- Experience delivering CAD/BIM models and drawings within structured project environments, following established workflows and client standards.
- Understanding of BIM standards and delivery requirements , including ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and client specifications.
- Experience working on infrastructure projects , such as roads, railways, drainage, utilities, land development, or major structures.
- Strong QA/QC skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, surveyors, multidisciplinary project teams, and clients , with good technical English.
- Experience with scan-to-BIM and point-cloud-to-CAD workflows. (advantage)
- Experience incorporating survey data, point clouds, LiDAR, laser scans, or GIS data into Civil 3D and BIM models. (advantage)
- Experience using AI-powered tools to support and optimize CAD workflows. (advantage)
- Familiarity with Bentley Systems software and Autodesk Revit. (advantage)
