- Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration,
- Technical Project Management, or a similar role.
- Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual, with the ability to operate and learn multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment.
- High work ethic, demonstrating readiness to go the extra mile to achieve desired results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English - mandatory.
- BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant
- Engineering fields – advantage.
