Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role:
- Experience providing employee-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data; Workday experience is a significant advantage.
- Exposure to HR partnering, employee relations, or manager support is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Service-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach, with a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using AI tools and building automations to improve HR processes.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
