דרישות
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF engineering
- Strong background in transceiver architectures and RF system-level analysis
- Frequent, practical use of AI tools , with hands-on experience defining and using AI agents in engineering workflows
- Extensive lab experience with RF instruments (signal and spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, cellular testers)
- Proven experience writing scripts for automation and data analysis
- Solid understanding of the Physical Layer (modulation, OFDM, channel coding, link performance)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical topics and lead others
- Experience with LTE and/or NB-IoT (LTE-M / Cat-M a plus)
- Familiarity with 3GPP RF specifications and conformance testing (advantage)
- Experience with firmware/embedded debugging (logs, traces, JTAG) (advantage)
