- 3+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with campaigns you can point to.
- A strong creative eye: you know what makes video content work and you can give feedback creators act on.
- Experience writing briefs and guiding content from concept to final cut.
- Real knowledge of the AI creative tools space and the creators in it.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with creators and talent agencies.
- Highly organized: you can run many collaborations at once without anything slipping.
- Comfortable with data: you can read performance metrics and make decisions from them.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Hands-on experience with AI video, image or music generation tools. (advantage)
- A background in video production, filmmaking or content creation. (advantage)
- Experience at a SaaS or creator-tools company. (advantage)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and creator programs (advantage)
