Huskeys is building one of the most ambitious products in cybersecurity, and we’re growing fast. We’re hiring our first Talent Acquisition Partner to create the engine that finds, wins and brings in the people who will join our team on this journey.

- Hands-on End-to-end global recruiting experience: sourcing, screening, interviews, process management, offers and closing
- Proven experience hiring in fast-growing startups, including building recruiting from an early stage
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools and creative outbound
- Tech-savvy: you understand what engineers, researchers and product people actually do, and you can hold a credible conversation with them
- The confidence to push back on hiring managers and negotiate with candidates, and the resilience to keep going when a search gets hard
- Ownership and a bias for action: you would rather build the process than wait for one
- Fluent English and Hebrew
