- 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, FP&A, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or related roles.
- Strong FP&A and analytical background, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI analysis, and performance reviews.
- Experience with a publicly traded company, preferably U.S.-listed.
- Experience preparing earnings materials, investor presentations, financial models, management reports, or Board-level analysis.
- Background in technology, gaming, digital entertainment, internet, or consumer technology is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, valuation, and public company reporting.
- Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and investor messaging.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management, business judgment, professionalism, and integrity.
