- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Law, or another relevant field .
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in risk management, internal audit, corporate governance, compliance, consulting or another relevant business advisory environment.
- At least 2 years of experience managing or professionally leading teams .
- Proven experience leading complex projects and working directly with senior management, boards, audit committees or other senior stakeholders .
- Strong understanding of business and organizational processes , with the ability to quickly identify key risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
- Strong business orientation, analytical capabilities and strategic thinking .
- Proven client-facing capabilities, including the ability to build trusted relationships, challenge existing thinking and communicate recommendations effectively.
- Intellectual curiosity and strong independent learning capabilities
- A flexible and versatile mindset , with the ability to move effectively between different clients, projects, industries and complex business challenges.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, with the ability to mentor, develop and motivate professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) methodologies, internal audit, risk assessment (advantage)
