- At least 3 years of experience in a technical writing role documenting complex technical products, cloud platforms, and/or developer tools.
- STEM degree or equivalent professional experience (e.g., software development, QA, analytics, SOC, Incident Response, or IT).
- Mother-tongue level English with exceptional written communication skills and a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise docs.
- The ability to learn independently by exploring documentation, testing products, and diving into technical resources.
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and/or B2B SaaS. (advantage)
- Docs-as-Code Proficiency: Hands-on experience working directly with tools such as Git, GitHub or GitLab, VS Code, and markdown. (advantage)
- Familiarity leveraging GenAI tools & AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc. (advantage)
