- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or similar).
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and modern analytics/BI platforms, data warehouses, and ETL tools
- Proficiency with JavaScript or a JavaScript framework (React/Angular/Vue ); experience with embedding solutions is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of data analytics, BI, and modern data platforms.
- Experience with cloud solutions and SaaS environments.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or pull in resources.
- Fluent English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with occasional early morning calls.
- Experience with Python or other server-side languages. (advantage)
- Background in embedded analytics, AI/ML, or developer platforms. (advantage)
- Previous exposure to sales processes and value-based selling. (advantage)
