Summary
Enlight is looking for an Enterprise PMO Manager to lead portfolio governance and execution oversight across the organization, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, Unit PMOs and management, while leveraging data, technology and AI to improve execution and decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PMO, program/portfolio management or business operations .
- Experience managing a team and working with senior management across multiple functions.
- Strong project governance, planning, analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Renewable energy, construction, infrastructure or water industry experience – preferred.
- Experience with Unit PMOs and/or Board/Audit Committee reporting – advantage.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data, automation or AI experience – advantage .
- Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Relevant academic degree – preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
