We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of how we design at Lemonade — not just by doing great work, but by raising the bar for everyone around you.

- 7+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, exceptional craft, and measurable impact at scale
- A track record of owning large, complex scopes end-to-end — from ambiguous problem to shipped product
- Comfortable navigating complex organizations, aligning stakeholders, and moving work forward across disciplines
- Strong mentorship instincts — you make the designers around you better, and you're intentional about it
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present work, advocate for decisions, and inspire confidence in any room
- Hands-on experience using AI as part of your design or product development process, and genuine curiosity about where it's taking the craft
- Ability to work in an office environment most days of the week
