- Knowledge of Payroll, HRIS, or Fintech industries.
- Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or custom AI solutions that improve account management, customer engagement, reporting, or operational efficiency.
- ·Experience creating AI-driven workflows, agents, or no/low-code automations to support customer communications, account planning, opportunity management, or business processes.
- Ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve customer outcomes, streamline repetitive tasks, and enhance team productivity.
