- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - you know how to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Passion for building from A-Z - defining structure, processes, and priorities in an evolving startup.
- Previous hands-on experience in software engineering or data roles. (advantage)
