- Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical, Materials, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production within the electronics industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in electronics quality standards, including SCAR, 8D, MRB, IQC, and Sampling Plans. Experience with audit methodologies is a significant advantage.
- Engineering Knowledge: Strong command of electronic manufacturing technologies, failure analysis (FA), NPI workflows, and technical drawing interpretation (including advanced measurement methodologies).
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated and task-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional management environment.
- Language: Native or professional-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
