- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics,or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate clearly and proactively to secure timely payments while maintaining client relationships.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working AI Tools (Claude MCP, n8n, spreadsheets) - Advantage
- Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across high-volume recurring tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to work with data and quickly learn new systems.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, other ERP systems - An advantage.
