Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in field operations, systems operations or a similar technical operations role. Relevant military experience is fully recognized as equivalent to civilian experience.
- Strong planning, organization and coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks across multiple teams.
- Technical aptitude and hands-on experience setting up and operating equipment, performing checks and troubleshooting basic faults.
- Independence, initiative and personal ownership, with the ability to drive tasks through to completion.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability and resourcefulness when solving problems in the field.
- Good interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good English proficiency.
- A valid driving license.
- Willingness to perform hands-on fieldwork throughout Israel, including intensive periods and variable working hours.
- Experience flying drones or operating UAV/UAS systems. (advantage)
- A relevant drone pilot license or certification. (advantage)
