- At least 3 years of relevant project/program management experience, preferably within Enterprise organization, with a proven track record of driving change
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to impact all levels in an organization
- Proven experience leading cross functional projects in complex environments with strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve productivity and decision-making across planning, documentation, and communication tasks
- Proactive approach, assertiveness, ability to lead changes, operate with high autonomy
- Ability to create and present formal documentation and templates
- Fluent English - written and verbal
- Education - Bachelor's degree
- Strong advantage: managing cross-functional programs from EVT through mass production
- Advantage: familiarity with storage domain, storage protocols, networking protocols
- Advantage: experience with Linux OS, Git, CI/CD, Jenkins or similar CI tools
