The central role of the Procurement department is to source and procure supplies and services used in the company's business activities and spending.
דרישות
- B.A. in Economics or Business Administration.
- M.A. in Business, Commercial, or Industrial Engineering – Advantage.
- 6+ years of experience in a similar position – Must.
- High level of negotiation knowledge and skills – Must.
- High level of English, both written and spoken – Must.
- Presentation skills for multi-level audiences.
- ERP experience (Priority – Advantage).
- Project management experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry, optics, or electro-optical systems – Advantage
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
