- 2-3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role
- Strong experience supporting macOS environments and administering Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, or JumpCloud
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs
- Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting employees
- Background or experience in information security (advantage)
- Experience with scripting and automation, with an interest in using AI to improve IT operations (advantage)
