DRS RADA, a leading defense high-tech company specializing in radar systems development, is seeking a motivated and experienced Engineering Project Management Team Leader to establish and lead the Project Management capability within our Engineering department.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project or management within a multidisciplinary technological environment.
- Previous experience leading project managers, PMO professionals, or a project management function.
- Strong leadership, assertiveness, and the ability to drive execution without direct authority.
- Systemic and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to translate complex activities into structured execution plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including management-level reporting.
- Ability to perform under pressure and operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Experience in defense, multidisciplinary systems, manufacturing, NPI, or transition-to-production environments is a significant advantage.
