תקציר
The Planning Lead will own and build Quantum Machines global planning function, with end-to-end responsibility for translating business demand into executable production and supply plans.

- 5+ years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations Planning within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing planning across multiple global Contract Manufacturers.
- Proven experience building planning processes and infrastructure from the ground up.
- Strong experience managing complex and changing supply chain constraints.
- Experience partnering with Sales and translating commercial demand into operational plans.
- Experience owning or leading an S&OP process.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate data into clear business decisions and independently drive execution.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
- Experience in high-tech hardware or electronics manufacturing. (advantage)
- Experience implementing planning automation or data-driven planning solutions. (advantage)
- Experience with ERP implementation or optimization. (advantage)
