- 10 years of experience in management, strategy, and/ or operational consulting.
- Significant experience working with banks or financial institutions.
- Proven experience leading organizational transformation, process improvement, and operational efficiency projects.
- Demonstrated capabilities in business development, client management, and team leadership.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and support decision-making in complex environments.
- In-depth understanding of the banking sector, its key challenges, and the financial regulatory environment.
- Experience implementing AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions. (advantage)
- Previous experience in a consulting firm. (advantage)
